Pamela M. Hickey Pam is a New England native, having grown up on the North Shore of Boston in the coastal area of Cape Ann. She developed an aesthetic appreciation from an early age, both from her mother’s own innate sense of style and design, as well as from the influence of her stepfather, who was an artist by avocation. She studied Design and Retail at the Chamberlain School in Boston, before receiving her B.S. from Northeastern University with a degree in Business Administration. Pam enjoyed a successful career in Human Resources for 25 years in the private sector. Returning to her love of art and design, she joined The Churchill Gallery as gallery manager in 1988. Her special blend of business experience, expertise in the field of art and her personal graciousness has informed her work at the gallery for almost twenty years. Pam recently decided to step down from this full-time position. She continues her work at the gallery as a part time senior associate. Pam has a passion for foreign travel. Stateside, she enjoys painting, interior design and gardening – all under the inquisitive eyes of her recently adopted feline duo, Bear and Sean. |
