AVAILABILITY
The artwork exhibited on this site is original art which is either one of a kind or one of a very limited edition. All artwork on our site is subject to availability. If the work of art is no longer available, we will notify you and you may wish to either cancel your order or, alternatively, permit us to suggest a suitable replacement. ORDERING If you wish to purchase a work of art displayed on our site, you may order by email, telephone, fax or by mail. Please include the following information with your order: your name, day and evening phone numbers, and both your email and home address. Please designate an alternative shipping address if applicable. After you place your order, we will contact you to discuss availability, shipping and payment arrangements. PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Checks or money orders must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a United States bank. SALES TAX Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to locations within Massachusetts. SHIPPING We devote special care to shipping, packing and insuring your purchase. In most cases we either use UPS or PAK MAIL. Since we do not retain all displayed artwork in our gallery inventory, we may be required to obtain the artwork from the artist prior to shipment. After we confirm your order, we will notify you of the approximate shipping date. ARTWORK DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Place the artwork in its original packaging materials,and we will arrange to have it picked up. We will refund the purchase price, including shipping and handling charges or, at your option, arrange to ship a replacement. |
